We’ve Moved! – Our main delivery facility in Israel has moved – we’ve subleased nice space until now but we felt we were ready for our very own offices. They’re located in the Ramat Eshkol section of Jerusalem, convenient to the heart of town – and, most importantly, very easy to reach for our staff.
Content Lives! – Our editorial team, now more than twenty-strong, has definitely been our fastest-growing and we’re researching, editing, indexing, proofreading, authoring, grant-writing and otherwise massaging content of all kinds, for a diverse customer base. We’ve built a first-rate team of domain experts in various disciplines and have really top-notch editors and team leads. Thanks, team!
Mazal Tov! Social Networking Marries Call Center – Ok, it may not be made in heaven but it works anyway. We have experience doing outbound call center work. We have great writers, including marketing writers (see above). Why not build a package of services centered around delivering a combination of online marketing and outbound sales? Is that a one-two punch, or what?
Programming??? – Well, we didn’t intend to get into outsourced programming and web development right away, but we hate to turn clients away, and they insisted. Really. And, we do have the talent and can do a great job, and we are.
Passover Schedule – Trebuchet Israel will be closed March 30th and April 5th, and Trebuchet US will be closed those days and March 31st and April 6th, in observance of Passover. All teams will be checking emails the evenings after their off days to maximize coverage time. Happy holidays to all!
